She is originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan and speaks several languages, which helps her better understand patients in our multicultural society. Natalya received a Bachelor’s degree in 2010 and a Master’s degree in 2014 from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Natalya is a Certified Medical Examiner listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and has extensive experience completing Medical Examiner’s Certificates for submission to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for applicants to obtain or renew a commercial driver’s license.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine, board eligible in Emergency Medicine, and certified as a USCIS Civil Surgeon. He graduated in 1978 from the Moscow Medical Institute of Health Ministry. Dr. Ulitsky now has 45 years of experience in medicine, 35 of which are in the United States. He is affiliated with Jeanes Hospital and works as an Associate Professor in Emergency Medicine at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
