Medical certificate for commercial driver's license (DOT, CDL, non-CDL)

In order to become a licensed commercial vehicle driver, you must pass a DOT (DOT Physical Exam / CDL) medical examination.

The DOT medical examination is designed to ensure road safety and ensure that the driver is in good mental and physical condition. A medical certificate is issued to obtain a driver’s license (CDL, non-CDL) for a truck driver.

To obtain or renew a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL / non-CDL), you must submit a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate (ME Certificate) to the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles).

Our goal is to make the procedure for obtaining a CDL / non-CDL medical certificate as easy as possible for you.

To issue a certificate, a certified medical professional listed in the National Registry must complete Form MCSA-5876, which must then be submitted to the DMV to renew your CDL/non-CDL status.

To obtain a CDL / non-CDL Medical Examiner’s Certificate, you need to visit our office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where a certified medical professional will complete all the necessary forms.
